Rabbits are naturally very wary, it’s takes experience, fieldcraft and stealth to get close enough for a clean shot. Whether stalking or shooting from a fixed position, reconnaissance is crucial, understanding the land, prevailing wind & distribution of burrows will all contribute being effective in controlling numbers.
